MID-PRESSURE MISTING SYSTEM
These operate at 150-200 PSI pressure, water droplets produced via mid pressure misting system are 30-60 micron in size what is technically termed as mist. Millions of tiny droplet are evenly distributed through the air, to cool & humidify the environment.
Bigger particle size has some limitations; mid pressure misting systems cannot be used indoors to avoid wetting. Cooling impact is slightly less i.e. 7C drop is expected in dry weather.
Mid-pressure misting systems are suitable for projects with medium budget. It is effective for outdoor cooling, not as good as high pressure misting still workable. However it is suitable for dust & fluff suppression, cooling dairy cows & humidification in few sections of textile & poultry industry.

LOW-PRESSURE MISTING SYSTEM
These operate at 20-40 PSI pressure, and water droplets produced via a low-pressure misting system are 100-300 microns in size which is technically termed as a spray.
Bigger & heavier particles of spray cannot stay airborne for long, thus causing a lot of wetting. Temperature reduction is also low i.e. 4 C in dry hot weather.
Low-pressure misting systems are suitable for spraying fields & vegetation & bathing cows, or where the budget is low.
Aves Fog does not deal in low-pressure misting systems, considering the hassle & poor performance. We recommend not opting for the low-pressure misting system, although these are quite economical in price. What matters is the peace of mind & performance.
