Whether you’re looking to upgrade an existing system or delve into the world of misting for the first time. Understanding the components of the misting system will empower you to make the right choices for a more enjoyable experience. So, gear up, embrace the mist, and let the cooling adventure begin!
The following are the components of high-pressure misting systems:
FILTER
Water filtration is a necessary step before feeding water to a misting system. Globally Stainless Steel & Polypropylene filters are used. At Aves Fog we prefer to use a Polypropylene filter to cater poor poor-quality water better.
MIST PUMP
The most important component of any misting system, since it works like a heart, is responsible for pumping water within the system. At Aves Fog, we use top-quality Italian high-pressure pumps keeping in view the performance & durability. These are triplex ceramic plunger pumps, which are oil-lubricated & are capable of producing 1500 PSI/100 bar pressure.
MIST TUBE
Polyethylene, Nylon & Stainless Steel tubes are used globally. At Aves Fog, we select top-quality PA 12 Nylon & Stainless Steel 304 tubes, focusing on zero leakage & higher durability. Our Nylon tubes can handle 1500PSI/100bar pressure while Stainless Steel tubes can handle 2500 PSI/165bar pressure.
MIST ACCESSORIES
Elbow, Tee, cross, valve, connector, nozzles seat, etc. are required for each installation. At Aves fog, nickel platted brass accessories are imported from top manufacturers in Taiwan. Our accessories can handle 1500PSI/100 bar pressure. Most importantly, we use latest & most expensive push lock accessories.
Devices that atomize pressurized water into tiny droplets is called mist nozzle. At Aves fog, variable capacity mist nozzles are available, depending upon flow rate requirements. We use long nickel-plated brass nozzles, each containing stainless steel filter, anti-drip system and atomizing head.
DRY RUN SAFETY
Mist pumps are sensitive, serious damage can occur, if they run without water for more than two minutes. To avoid this instance dry run safety is a must. At Aves Fog we makes sure that your money is not wasted with stupid savings.
TIMER
A misting system has to be operated via timer which should have vast on & off setting options. It has been observed with low-budget fog machines, their timer fails after some time leaving the whole unit faulty. At Aves Fog we use independent timers & components for easy replacement in case of a rare failure.
HUMIDITY CONTROLLER
It is used for indoor installations to maintain relative humidity at the required level. Aves RH controller is 99.99% accurate, curtsey of its unique calibration feature. The humidity controller automatically turns on the misting system once RH drops to a low set point, while it turns off the system as soon as high set point is achieved.
ELECTRIC PANEL
We manufacture electric panels for our misting systems in Pakistan to cater the electricity fluctuations better. Our electric panels are attractive, durable & can communicate with BMS or operate individually as well.
